Eurobase is pleased to announce that VICO, a client of Eurobase for over 15 years, has deployed its synergy2 captive reinsurance system as a cloud-based service, fully managed by Eurobase.
The move to the cloud was completed smoothly as part of VICO’s recent upgrade to the latest release of the synergy2 platform, and the decision to move to a fully managed service has delivered multiple benefits. These include:
- A responsive single point of contact for any operational issues, whether technical or functional;
- Pro-active service and support management;
- Cost effective system deployment; and
- Removing the need for internal IT resources.
The cloud-based service for VICO is delivered using Microsoft Azure with all the reliability and resilience associated with this service.
